AccessPoint installs directly into your existing Microsoft 365 tenant. Basic deployment can be completed in minutes. Full configuration with jurisdiction-specific settings can be imported within minutes, and customized settings and team onboarding are typically done within days.

AccessPoint does not have any direct dependencies on Microsoft 365 licensing tiers. It runs as a web part hosted on a SharePoint page or as a Microsoft Teams app, so any user with access to SharePoint or Teams can use it.

No. AccessPoint runs entirely within your Microsoft 365 and Azure tenant. Your data stays in SharePoint Online and Azure storage — no external infrastructure, no third-party databases, no additional servers to manage.

AccessPoint comes pre-configured for Canadian ATIP (federal and provincial), US FOIA, EU GDPR, UK FOI, and Australian FOI.
